We will not tolerate boomers talking about white privilege instead of talking about their own screw ups that screwed all millennials – including white millennials. You will not shift your screwups onto us.

My new years resolution is to play hardball with employers. The days are over where if something bad happens to me, I sort of take it in stride and move on.
